Test CM Steps

When an invoice has been drawn up with the description buckaroo_scheme_test, it only takes a few clicks to follow the Credit Management steps. Below you’ll find the description per step. You can find these steps in the PDF with screen examples.

  1. Open the invoice
  2. Select Payments
  3. Select SEPA Direct Debit
  4. Select Test scenarios
  5. Select “Let authorization succeed”
  6. Select the Storno reason directly after. For example: “Authorisation not valid”
  7. The Transaction overview will display a storno transaction
  8. Return to the invoice and tab payments and look at the two transactions
  9. Go to Actions and select Reminder email
  10. At the tab Communication, you’ll see the mail that was sent
