With this setting, you can specify whether refunds can be executed from within Lightspeed. Enabled= (partial) Refunds can be executed directly from the Lightspeed admin. Disabled = (partial) Refunds can only be executed from within Buckaroo, but these will be linked to Lightspeed.
The AfterPay payment method allows you to select a specific workflow. Pay = a combined action during which at the moment of ‘payment’, an invoice will be created immediately. After 3-4 days, After Pay will send this invoice to the consumer. Authoriseis a stand-alone action during which merely a ‘reservation’ is made. This reservation is valid for 14 days. Within this period, a Capture can be performed manually, after which an invoice will be created. The Authorise feature is mainly interesting for businesses whose products are frequently out of stock, making short-term delivery not possible.
Various credit card payment methods allow you to select a specific workflow. Pay = a combined action during which at the moment of ‘payment’, money is debited from the consumer’s credit card immediately. Authoriseis a stand-alone action during which only a money ‘reservation’ is made. This reservation is valid for 14 to 30 days (varies per bank). Within this period, a Capture can be performed manually, after which the money is debited from the credit card.
